Trentino-Alto Adige's nightlife is gentle and seasonal, weighted toward wine bars, brewpubs and aperitivo rather than clubbing. In Bolzano the year-round scene gathers around Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza Walther, where bars such as Hopfen & Co. pour house-brewed beer and the open-air Fischbänke sets cocktails on old marble fish-market tables.
