The MixC Nanning, also known locally as Wanxiang City, stands on Minzu Avenue in Qingxiu District and is the largest shopping mall in Nanning's central business district, at roughly 280,000 square metres. As a mall rather than a market, its retail mix is anchored by international fashion and lifestyle brands, a high-end imported supermarket, a multiplex cinema, and an Olympic-size public ice rink that functions as a destination attraction in its own right. Anchor tenants include a mix of global fast-fashion chains, mid-to-premium international labels, and domestic Chinese brands, giving the mall a broader price range than the historic shopping streets elsewhere in the city; counterfeit goods are not a concern here since retailers operate under direct or licensed distribution agreements. Prices are fixed throughout, as is standard for Chinese shopping malls, and bargaining is not practised; payment is accepted by card, cash, and mobile apps across all stores, and the mall's international brand tenants can process tax-refund paperwork for eligible purchases by international visitors, though not every individual shop participates. The mall draws a broad, affluent local crowd, especially families and young professionals, and its dining floors include both international chains and Chinese regional cuisine, with the ice rink level drawing additional foot traffic on weekends. The building's must-visit corners are the ice rink atrium, which anchors the mall visually, and the top-floor dining concourse, which offers the widest variety of restaurants under one roof in the district.
