The property is divided into three separate camps — South Camp, North Camp, and Tree Camp — that share common ownership but maintain distinct aesthetics and capacities. Each camp contains between six and twelve suites designed to blend theatrical grandeur with wilderness: cathedral-high ceilings draped in muslin, ornate gilt-framed mirrors, crystal chandeliers, Persian-style rugs, and four-poster beds. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels in the sitting rooms frame uninterrupted views down into the crater 600 meters below.
Butler service is dedicated and continuous; each suite is assigned a personal butler who manages everything from drawing rose-petal baths to preparing in-room dining. Meals are served in the main boma — a circular grass-roofed dining structure — or delivered to the suite on request. Game drives descend into the crater floor, one of Africa's highest concentrations of wildlife per square kilometer, where lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and black rhinoceros are reliably encountered throughout the year. The 260 square kilometers of crater floor also support flamingo colonies on Lake Magadi and large black-maned lion prides.
