Riad Farnatchi sits near the souks in the northern Medina, within walking distance of the Musée de Marrakech and the tanneries district. The property was formed by combining several traditional houses into a single riad, and its interiors favour a pared-back, minimalist take on Moroccan design, with white walls, polished tadelakt and carefully edited antique pieces rather than the dense ornamentation typical of the area. Accommodation consists entirely of suites, from One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Suites to a Roof Terrace Suite, each with a private sitting area and, in several cases, its own terrace. There is no full restaurant, but in-suite dining is available around the clock, prepared to order in the riad's kitchen. Wellness facilities include a rooftop plunge pool and a hammam offering traditional treatments, with additional spa services bookable in-room. Every stay includes a personal butler, and the riad's small size, typically under ten suites, allows staff to tailor excursions, dining reservations and hammam scheduling closely to each guest's preferences. Suites feature high ceilings, freestanding bathtubs and private outdoor space, a departure from the more compact rooms typical of Medina riads, and the rooftop terrace offers panoramic views over the surrounding rooftops toward the Atlas Mountains on clear days.
