It stands directly opposite Luohe West railway station, which makes it the most convenient shopping stop for travellers arriving or departing by high-speed train. The outlet format differs from a standard mall or department store: it concentrates on discounted apparel, sportswear and footwear, with prices lower than full-price shops in the city centre.

The brand mix leans toward domestic sportswear and casual labels. Li-Ning and Erke are among the named tenants, and the stock is typically previous-season, overrun or clearance merchandise. Shoppers should expect a focus on mainstream Chinese brands rather than international luxury names. Because the stores are brand-operated or authorised, counterfeit risk is lower than in street markets, though outlet stock can differ in cut or line from current retail, and checking tags and receipts is sensible.
