Luohe's nightlife is local and food-led: snack streets, barbecue and hot pot, riverside walks along the Sha and Li rivers, karaoke (KTV) and a small number of bars. There is no large club scene. Xinhua reported in 2025 that hu la tang can be bought at any hour in Beiwudu town, and Luohe tourism officials recommend night views of the riverbanks.
