Signature dishes include a Cantonese roast meats platter, steamed seafood with ginger and scallion, braised abalone, and the Guangxi lemon duck; the kitchen carries no named chef pedigree or Michelin recognition, but the cooking follows the polished, technique-driven conventions of Cantonese hotel dining. The dining room is formal by Nanning standards - carpeted, quiet and business-casual to smart-casual in dress, with private rooms used heavily for corporate entertaining and family celebrations, which keeps noise levels low even at capacity. There is no dedicated wine list beyond a standard hotel beverage programme of Chinese spirits, wine by the glass and tea service, in keeping with the restaurant's role as a hotel dining venue rather than a wine-focused destination. At ¥250-500 per person, it sits well above street-level Nanning dining, and reservations are recommended for dinner and effectively required for the private rooms, which book up around holidays and for business events; walk-in tables are more readily available at lunch.
