Tickets is Albert Adrià's exuberant one-Michelin-star tapas bar on Avinguda del Paral·lel in Barcelona's Poble Sec neighbourhood, and it represents the most accessible entry point into the Adrià gastronomic universe. Where his brother Ferran Adrià defined the era of molecular gastronomy at elBulli, Albert channels that same creative restlessness into theatrical, playful small plates at prices dramatically lower than the city's other starred tables. The setting is inspired by the circus and vaudeville theatres that once lined the Paral·lel — bright colours, neon signs, and showmanship built into every corner.
