The Mirador de San Miguel Alto is a hilltop viewpoint with a small hermitage above the Albaicín in Granada, Andalusia, Spain. It sits higher than San Nicolás and is quieter, with a wider view over the Alhambra, the Generalife and the Sierra Nevada. The walk from Plaza San Miguel Bajo takes about 40 minutes uphill on steep lanes, or visitors can use the Albaicín minibus to the lower village. Sunset is popular but the hill is much less crowded than San Nicolás. A tripod works well on the esplanade. The area is windy and exposed, so a light jacket is useful. After dark visitors usually take a taxi down.
