The Westin Playa Bonita Panama

The Westin Playa Bonita Panama is positioned on Kobbe Beach on the Pacific coast of the Veraguas Peninsula, approximately 15 kilometres west of Panama City via the Bridge of the Americas. The location places it outside the city's urban sprawl while remaining 15 to 20 minutes by road from Tocumen International Airport — an unusual combination of beach access and transit convenience that makes it one of Panama's few true Pacific-coast resort properties within range of the capital.

The resort complex extends across a landscaped property with direct Pacific Ocean frontage. Architecture is low-rise, constructed with terracotta tiling and tropical materials appropriate to the climate, set among mature palms and a shoreline of grey volcanic sand typical of Panama's Pacific coast. The forest-covered slopes of the Chagres watershed are visible to the north. The property opened in 2006 and has undergone subsequent Westin brand renovation across the room inventory and public areas.

Over 300 guest rooms and suites are distributed across the main building, the majority facing either the ocean or the rainforest.
