Selina Casco Viejo occupies a restored colonial building on Avenida B in Casco Viejo, Panama City's UNESCO World Heritage-listed historic quarter on the narrow Punta Naos peninsula. The neighbourhood contains the highest concentration of nineteenth-century Republican architecture in Central America alongside a dense cluster of bars, restaurants, art galleries, and boutique businesses that have revitalised the area over the past two decades. Plaza de la Independencia, the French Embassy, and the ruins of the original Panama Cathedral are all within a 10-minute walk. Amador Causeway and the Biomuseo are a five-minute taxi ride, and the financial district is similarly close.

The building has been repurposed in the Selina brand's characteristic aesthetic: exposed brick walls, hand-painted murals, vintage furniture selected to reflect local creative culture, and open-air terraces that retain the colonial shell while layering a contemporary sensibility.
