Les Goudes and Callelongue form a fishing hamlet at the southern end of Marseille, where the coast road ends and the Calanques begin. The small harbours, cabanons and cliffs give rugged coastal frames, and the sea faces south and west, so evening light warms the rock. It is a quiet place outside high season. The roads to Callelongue are regulated by municipal order, with closures to cars on set days; walking or the bus line 19 to Madrague de Montredon and onward are safer plans. The hamlet is the finish of the Pastre-Callelongue walk.
