Apollo Live Club

Apollo Live Club is a club and live venue inside the Forum shopping centre complex at Mannerheimintie 16 in central Helsinki, Finland. It has operated since 2007 and sits on the city's main boulevard, close to the central railway station, Kamppi and the Kluuvi area, which makes it one of the easiest nightlife venues to reach on foot or by tram. The programme combines concerts, which vary widely in genre and audience, with weekend club nights listed from about 22:00 to 04:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. The crowd differs by event: concert nights draw fans of the specific act, while club nights attract a young adult crowd, typically in the early twenties to thirties, along with groups of friends and visitors on a night out. Age limits are set per event and are commonly 18 or higher, so photo ID should be carried. Dress is casual to smart-casual, and sportswear is not usually a problem for gigs, though club nights may be a little more particular at the door.
