A 350-metre WWII-era tunnel under the Upper Town, now used for exhibitions and cultural events.
The Grič Tunnel was built in 1943 as an air-raid shelter and now serves as a pedestrian passage between Tkalčićeva and Mesnička. It is cool even in summer and often hosts art exhibitions, light shows and a Christmas market.
