The route lists four stops within the plaza. Panu Beef Tripe Hotpot is on the second floor. Chuanding Mushroom Soup Hotpot and Tanwa Charcoal Bullfrog are both on the third floor, offering a milder mushroom-broth option and a charcoal-grilled bullfrog dish respectively. A night-market stall on Yuan Wenhua Road, on the first floor in Zone A 114, rounds out the evening with a casual street-style snack. Because hot pot is a shared meal, most visitors choose one or two of the restaurants for a full sit-down dinner and use the night-market stall for a lighter bite. The balance is overwhelmingly savoury and spicy.
