Cats & Rabbits Bar (猫兔酒吧) is a casual neighborhood bar at No. 9 Donghua Road in Xiufeng District, in the central part of Guilin in China's Guangxi region. Unlike many nightlife venues that open only in the evening, it is listed as open daily from 11:00 until 02:00, which lets it function as a daytime hangout, an afternoon drinking spot and a late-night bar in one.

The crowd is mostly local residents, students and young professionals, with some independent travelers staying nearby. Ages typically run from the early twenties into the thirties. There is no dress code; casual everyday clothing is the norm, and the mood is unhurried and sociable rather than aimed at dancing or spectacle. The venue suits small groups, couples and solo visitors looking for a drink without the volume of the downtown pub strip.

Music is incidental and generally played at a conversational volume. The drinks programme is that of a typical Chinese neighborhood bar: bottled and draught beer, spirits, a selection of mixed drinks and soft drinks, and snacks to share.
