The site's main draw is a trio of enormous natural stone bridges spanning a deep sinkhole gorge, reached via a 115-metre sightseeing elevator that descends into the gorge floor, plus a glass-floored viewing platform cantilevered over the drop for those who want an exposed look straight down. This is a moderate-exertion activity rather than a technical one: no climbing skill or special certification is needed, but the visit involves stairs, uneven gorge-floor paths, and standing at height on the glass platform, so it is not ideal for visitors with limited mobility or a strong fear of heights. No specialised equipment is required; shoe covers are typically provided at the glass platform entrance to protect the surface. The geopark is managed by the Wulong Karst National Geopark Management Committee, which operates the elevator, walkways, and platform under national scenic-area safety standards, with staff stationed at the platform entrance to enforce visitor limits and monitor the glass surface. Because the gorge floor sees limited sun and retains moisture, paths can be slippery after rain, and the committee restricts access to the glass platform in high wind or during maintenance inspections. The best time to visit is March-June or September-November, avoiding the hot, crowded peak of July-August when both the heat in the exposed sections and visitor numbers on the elevator queue are at their worst.
