Dream Ordovician Adventure Park Ziplines and Aerial Courses

Dream Ordovician Adventure Park is a zipline and aerial adventure complex within the wider Ordovician theme park on Heishan Mountain in Wansheng District, roughly 110 km and 1.5 hours by car from downtown Chongqing. The park's ziplines and aerial rope courses run across karst cliffs and forested ridgelines at elevation around 1,300 metres, offering a series of short zipline runs and rope-and-platform obstacle circuits rather than a single long descent. Most courses require basic fitness and comfort with heights, but no prior climbing or rope-course experience; younger children are typically restricted from the higher aerial courses by a minimum height requirement enforced at the harness-fitting station, while gentler ziplines are open to a wider age range. Harnesses, helmets, and clip-in gear are provided and fitted by park staff before entry to the courses; visitors should bring closed-toe athletic shoes and secure or leave behind loose bags, since these are not permitted on the aerial sections. The park is run under the Wansheng Ordovician Theme Park operator, which also manages the site's other attractions, including a seasonal Ice and Snow World, and staff give a mandatory safety briefing and equipment check at each course entrance, with spotters stationed along the aerial routes. Because the site sits at higher elevation than central Chongqing, conditions are noticeably cooler, and outdoor rides can close temporarily in high wind or rain. The best window for a full day of ziplining and aerial courses is April through October, when the outdoor sections are consistently open; some cold-weather attractions such as the Ice and Snow World operate as a separate indoor draw in winter, but the outdoor adventure courses are the main appeal in warmer months.
