Super 8 Hotel Wuhu Central City Anhui Normal University

Super 8 Hotel Wuhu Central City Anhui Normal University is at No. 12 Huajin South Road, Xigang Subdistrict, Yijiang District, Wuhu 241003, in China's Anhui province. The hotel is near Anhui Normal University and the Central City commercial area in southern Wuhu, so it draws visiting parents, students, academics and budget travellers who want to stay in the university district. The surroundings are modern and residential, with shops, small restaurants and student-oriented businesses, rather than historic streets. The old town and Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street are reached by taxi or ride-hailing car, and the Yangtze riverfront is a short drive. Super 8 is a Chinese budget chain, and the property follows the brand's formula of plain, clean, standardised rooms with no decorative extras. Room types are Standard Rooms and Twin Rooms, both with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, which suits solo travellers, couples and friends or relatives visiting students. The available data lists no restaurant, spa, pool or fitness centre, so guests eat at the many inexpensive restaurants, noodle shops and snack stalls around the university and Central City area, where Anhui dishes and everyday Chinese food are available at student-friendly prices. The service character is basic and efficient, with a front desk used to domestic guests; English is likely limited, so a translation app and the Chinese address help. Nightly rates of about ¥130-220 (roughly $19-32) place the hotel at the budget end of the market, and prices may rise around graduation, enrolment and public holidays when families visit campus. For travellers with business at the university or in the Central City district, the hotel is a straightforward and economical base. Those wanting sightseeing in the old town may prefer a more central property, but the short ride-hailing journeys and low rates make this a workable alternative, with onward links to the railway stations and the Fangte theme parks in the north.
