Grant Wood Art Gallery

The Grant Wood Art Gallery at 124 E Main St in Anamosa, Iowa celebrates the life and art of Grant Wood, the Iowa painter best known for 'American Gothic' (1930), one of the most recognizable paintings in the history of American art. The gallery occupies a storefront on downtown Anamosa's Main Street and is operated by the Grant Wood Art Festival organization, which hosts Anamosa's annual Grant Wood Art Festival each September.
