Located at 28995 Lansing Rd in the rolling agricultural landscape of Dubuque County in northeast Iowa, the site includes the original white clapboard farmhouse, the hand-cut corn field bordering the outfield, and a meticulously maintained grass baseball diamond. Visitors walk directly onto the field, stand at home plate, run the bases, and play catch in the outfield grass just as the film's characters did — an unusually interactive experience for a cultural landmark. The corn is planted each spring and reaches 8-10 feet by late July, recreating the movie's iconic scene of players emerging from the stalks. A small gift shop near the parking area sells film memorabilia and apparel. The site gained renewed international attention when Major League Baseball staged regular-season games there in 2021 and 2022; a second MLB-grade diamond was constructed across Lansing Road for those events and remains open to visitors.
