Zuma Miami at 270 Biscayne Blvd Way is the Florida outpost of the globally acclaimed Japanese restaurant concept founded by chef Rainer Becker in London in 2002. The Miami location, housed in the EPIC Hotel complex along the Miami River, delivers the full Zuma experience: izakaya-style Japanese cuisine served across three distinct cooking stations — a robata charcoal grill, a sushi counter, and a teppan grill — in a spectacular setting with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Miami River and Brickell skyline. The signature miso-marinated black cod, slow-cooked in a cedar plank over the robata grill, has become one of Miami's most iconic individual dishes — silky, caramelized, and intensely umami in a preparation that has been widely imitated but rarely equalled. The sushi and sashimi program uses premium fish sourced from Japan and Florida waters, and the nigiri selection rivals dedicated sushi restaurants at a comparable price point.
