Adıyaman is a province in Southeastern Anatolia, Turkey, set in the upper Euphrates basin between the Taurus foothills and the Mesopotamian plains. It is best known as the gateway to Mount Nemrut (Nemrut Dağı), the UNESCO-listed mountaintop sanctuary where colossal stone heads guard the 1st-century-BC tomb of King Antiochus I of Commagene. The province also holds Roman bridges, royal tumuli, and rock-cut ancient cities, alongside a distinctive cuisine that includes the local çiğ köfte and Adıyaman tava.

Curated picks for treatments and day spas.
Park Dedeman Adıyaman Spa
The wellness centre of the Park Dedeman Adıyaman, the city's main full-service hotel spa, with a sauna, steam room, relaxation lounge, fitness centre and seasonal outdoor pool. It is the most credible and reliably operating spa option in the city after the 2023 earthquake, with massage and care treatments arranged through the hotel.
Adıyaman Park Hotel Spa & Hamam
A hotel wellness centre in the city centre advertising a Turkish hamam, sauna, steam room, salt room and massage alongside a fitness area. It is one of the few city-centre venues combining a hamam with modern spa facilities, though visitors should confirm operating status given post-earthquake disruption in the centre.
Çörmük Kaplıcası (Çörmük Thermal Spring)
The best-known thermal spring in Adıyaman province, in Besni district around 45 km west of the city and a few kilometres off the Adıyaman-Besni highway. Its sulfurous mineral water is traditionally valued for rheumatic, skin and digestive complaints, with a strong sulfur odour in mid-summer considered the peak healing season. Facilities are rustic and basic, with essentially no on-site accommodation, so visitors stay in Adıyaman or Kahta.
Çelikhan (Korucak) Kaplıcası
A locally popular thermal spring in the northern Çelikhan district, around 15 km from the district centre, whose waters are traditionally used for rheumatic and circulatory complaints. The setting is rustic and minimally developed, used by local visitors rather than as a resort.
