An adults-only resort on Kata Noi Beach offering 36 private pool villas and residence suites, each with an unobstructed sea view and a private pool. Part of the Katathani Beach Resort complex. The restaurant and spa are among the best in the Kata area.
The Shore at Katathani occupies a rocky headland above Kata Noi Beach, a compact, reef-fringed cove considered quieter and more scenic than the broader Kata Beach to the north. The property sits within the wider Katathani Phuket Beach Resort complex but operates as a separate adults-only enclave accessible by a dedicated pathway, preserving its intimate atmosphere.
Accommodation comprises 36 villas and residence suites, each built on a different terraced elevation to preserve sea-view privacy across the units. Every villa includes a private plunge pool — most measure six to eight square metres — a sala (outdoor sitting pavilion), and an indoor living area finished in Thai hardwood and stone. Superior Ocean View Villas begin at around 100 square metres; Residence Suites with butler access and larger pools exceed 200 square metres.
The resort's flagship dining venue, Saltwater Restaurant, anchors the lower terrace and serves modern Thai cuisine alongside a Mediterranean-influenced menu, with a wine list weighted toward French and New World bottles. Breakfast is served in the restaurant or delivered to the villa sala. The Oasis Spa at Katathani offers three dedicated treatment suites at The Shore level, focusing on traditional Thai and Balinese therapies, hot-stone massage, and couples' ritual packages.
Personalised butler service is standard from the Residence Suite tier upward. For other villa guests, the dedicated Shore concierge desk handles restaurant reservations, private longtail boat charters to the Phi Phi island group, and day spa bookings at the larger Katathani complex below.
