Las Dalias is a market complex near Sant Carles with clothing, jewellery, crafts, food stalls and live music. Ibiza Spotlight lists Saturdays from 10:00 through 29 November 2026 and Sundays from 11:00 from 8 February to 1 June and from 4 October to 30 November; La Voz de Ibiza lists Saturdays 10:00-17:00 and Sundays 11:00-17:00. Saturday hours close at 20:00 from June to September. A night market is reported on Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays from June to September, 19:00-23:30. The market is closed in January and becomes a Christmas market in December.
