Rural terrace restaurant in the Ses Salines nature park known for fideuà and paella.
Can Salinas is known as El Rey de la Fideuá. Its founder Manuel is credited with bringing thick-noodle fideuà to Ibiza, and the dish is served in seafood, Iberian secreto pork and vegetable versions, alongside paellas of several types. Tapas include zamburiñas with pico de gallo, mussels with Ibizan herbs and Andalusian-style squid with soy mayonnaise.
The terrace sits under porches and trees beside the salt ponds of the Ses Salines nature park. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 13:00-16:30 and Friday to Monday 13:00-17:00; it is closed Wednesday. Paella and fideuà can be taken away.
