The planned world's tallest tower, under construction north of Jeddah and viewed from outside.
Jeddah Tower, in the Jeddah Economic City area north of Obhur, is a skyscraper under construction that is planned to be the world's tallest building at over one kilometre. By October 2026 reports said it had passed about 116 floors, with completion targeted for late 2028. It is not open to visitors and there is no observation deck yet, so the stop is for exterior photographs from the surrounding roads only. The site is about 20 km north of central Jeddah, and a photo stop takes 10 to 20 minutes. Visitors should not enter the construction area or fly drones near it. Check current news before travelling, as dates may move.
