There is no cover charge and no table reservations are taken for the open-air terrace, so arrival order determines seating; visitors are welcome to queue casually near the entrance during peak sunset hours. Because the venue sits atop a working car park in the heart of Bairro Alto, the approach involves a walk up several flights of stairs or a small lift, and the terrace itself is exposed to the elements, so it can close or thin out during rain or strong wind.
