Between food stops the guide walks the group through the leather district, tying the tastings to the city's shoe-and-leather manufacturing history. The MXN 700 per-person price includes all tastings at each stop and the guide for the full three hours; it does not include additional portions beyond the tasting size or purchases in the leather shops passed along the route. Groups are typically small, under twelve people, the tour is conducted in Spanish and English, and evening departures are timed to when the guacamaya carts open for the night.
