Guanajuato Wine Country Tasting Day Trip

This half-day trip is run by local wine-route guides and regional tour operators based in San Miguel de Allende, covering Guanajuato's emerging wine country along the route toward Dolores Hidalgo. Departing from Centro, the group is transferred between two vineyards, with guided tastings of Guanajuato reds, whites and sparkling wine at each estate rather than a single stop. The tasting flights lean toward wine rather than sweets, balanced with a cheese and charcuterie pairing board between the two vineyards and a vineyard-set lunch at a wine-country restaurant to close the day. The roughly MXN 1,500 per-person price includes transport between estates, the guided tastings at both vineyards, the pairing board, and lunch; it does not include additional bottle purchases or gratuities at the vineyard restaurant.
