Cenaduría Rosy

Cenaduría Rosy is an evening-only regional kitchen on Calle 5 de Mayo in the Centro district of Manzanillo, Mexico, bringing the Colima City cenaduría tradition to the port city. The menu carries the same core dishes found in the inland Colima cenaduría scene — sopitos, pozole colimense, and tostadas de pata — served nightly after dark rather than through a full-day schedule. The dining room is simple and family-oriented, with plastic or basic wooden furniture, no dress code, and a warm, conversational atmosphere as regulars from the Centro come by for a late dinner. There is no wine or cocktail program; the drinks list is limited to aguas frescas and bottled beverages, consistent with the cenaduría format. Reservations are not required, since tables turn over quickly on a walk-in basis, and it is busiest in the hours immediately after opening at 6PM through around 9PM.
