Pricing is fixed with no bargaining culture, and nearly all stores accept major credit cards alongside cash; as a mall aimed partly at international visitors, a tax-refund counter is available on-site for eligible tourists making qualifying purchases with passport in hand. The mall includes a food court and several sit-down restaurants serving Japanese and Western options, plus a central plaza used for seasonal events. Crowds build on weekends and during seasonal sales in January and July, when parking can fill by midday; weekday mornings are markedly quieter.
