Sicily is the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea, renowned for its rich history, stunning coastlines, ancient Greek temples, and vibrant culinary traditions. Zingaro Reserve Beaches

A series of emerald natural pools connected by small waterfalls at the bottom of a dramatic canyon near Avola. Accessible via a steep 45-minute hike (1.5km descent). One of Sicily's most magical and rewarding swimming spots — especially beautiful in summer.
Isola Bella Beach, Taormina

Vendicari Nature Reserve Beaches
A stunning coastal nature reserve south of Noto with several magnificent sandy beaches (Calamosche, Eloro, Marianello) set within lagoons frequented by flamingos and migratory birds. Turquoise shallow water over white sand — some of the finest beach swimming in south-east Sicily.
