Selvaggio Blu (Wild Blue)
Very Difficult / Expert OnlyThe Selvaggio Blu is widely regarded as Italy's most challenging and spectacular trekking route, traversing the wild limestone cliffs and coves of the Gulf of Orosei coastline. The route requires technical climbing (some rope work), coastal scrambling, rappelling, and bivouacking β entirely without facilities. It is one of the world's great wild trekking adventures.
Su Gorroppu Gorge
ModerateItaly's deepest gorge and one of Europe's most dramatic canyon hikes. The walk follows the Flumineddu river into the Gorropu gorge, where vertical limestone walls rise up to 500 metres overhead. The gorge floor involves boulder scrambling but no technical climbing is required for the accessible section.
Tiscali Cave Village Trail
ModerateA rewarding hike through the dramatic Lanaitho Valley to the hidden Nuragic cave village of Tiscali. The trail passes through ancient Mediterranean forest, limestone gorges, and stunning rock formations before climbing to the collapsed cave that conceals the Nuragic ruins.

Monte Corrasi Loop

The route crosses the white limestone plateau with extraordinary views, passing through ancient holm oak forests and traversing the summit.
Capo Caccia Coastal Trail
Easy-ModerateA spectacular coastal trail through the Porto Conte Nature Reserve to the dramatic Capo Caccia headland. The path traverses fragrant Mediterranean macchia with views across the Bay of Alghero, passing wild orchids in spring and offering excellent chances to spot griffon vultures soaring on thermals above the cliffs.
Gola di Gorropu to Tiscali Circuit

Sentiero del Golfo di Orosei
