Marina di Puolo is a small pebble cove on Via Marina di Puolo in Massa Lubrense, Campania, Italy, west of Sorrento, with a harbour wall, a handful of cafes and boats under steep cliffs. The frame is intimate: boats and the stone harbour wall in the foreground, the pebble beach and café tables in the middle, and the cliff and sea behind.

The cove faces west, so late afternoon is the best time, when low side light warms the cliffs and the water takes on deeper colour, and sunset can be photographed from the harbour wall with the sun dropping toward the horizon. The best season is May to October, when the beach and cafes are active and the sea is calm and clear. In the middle of the day the light is flat and the beach is busiest with bathers; early morning is quiet but the cliffs shade the cove. A standard zoom handles most compositions, and a polariser reduces glare on the water and strengthens the colour of the sea. The cove is small, so it fills in summer weekends, and the parking is limited; arriving in late afternoon on a weekday gives more space. Tripods are practical on the harbour wall and the beach when it is quiet, but should be kept clear of bathers and boat access. There is no fee to visit the public beach and wall, while sunbeds at private lidos are charged. Drone use is restricted by Italian aviation rules near people and beaches. Cafes in the cove provide restrooms and water for customers.
