Delfinia Resort - All Inclusive

Delfinia Resort - All Inclusive is a mid-range resort hotel on Athinon in Kolymbia, on the east coast of Rhodes, Greece. Guests rate it 8.2/10 on Booking.com, and it operates on an all-inclusive basis. Kolymbia is a seaside village on the east coast of Rhodes, around 25 kilometres from Rhodes Town and roughly 45 minutes by road from the airport. The village centre has tavernas, shops and a long pebble and sand beach, and its tree-lined avenue of eucalyptus leads inland towards the Epta Piges (Seven Springs) nature area. Tsambika Beach and the hilltop Tsambika monastery are within easy reach by car, as are Archangelos and Lindos. The area suits visitors who want a base between the busy north and the quieter south of the island, and a rental car or taxis are useful for exploring. The resort is a mid-priced holiday complex designed for package stays with food and drink included. Double Rooms and Family Rooms are available, with wifi, a pool, a restaurant, a bar and an all-inclusive plan. Meals and drinks are provided under the all-inclusive plan; guests should confirm what is covered when booking. A pool is the main leisure facility; no spa is listed in the guide's data. Service is family-friendly and focused on an inclusive package that helps with budgeting. In the mid-range category, the property offers a package-holiday style stay with a pool, restaurant and bar at prices below those of the upscale resorts nearby. Visitors typically find a straightforward standard of rooms and service, and it is worth reading recent guest reviews and confirming the meal plan, pool hours and room location when reserving. Rates are seasonal and rise in July and August, when advance booking is advisable. Visitors planning a stay on Rhodes should note that the island has a hot, dry summer climate, with daytime highs often above 30 degrees Celsius from June to September, and that sunscreen, water and a hat are advisable for excursions. Car rental is widely available at the airport and in the main resorts, and taxis are plentiful but cost more over longer distances. Euro cash is useful for small tavernas and beach bars, and most hotels accept major cards.
