Monolithos Castle is a ruined Knights' fortress perched on a sheer rock about 100 metres above the sea near the village of Monolithos on the west coast of Rhodes, in the South Aegean region of Greece. The castle was built in 1476 by Grand Master Pierre d'Aubusson as a refuge for local villagers and a lookout against Ottoman raids, and its name comes from the single massive rock, or monolith, on which it stands.

The site lies about 75 kilometres from Rhodes Town, usually a drive of around an hour and a half along the west coast road, with limited bus services. A short path and a flight of steps lead from the car park to the entrance, and visitors cross a wall opening and find the remains of walls, a cistern and a small whitewashed chapel of Agios Panteleimon built inside the fortifications. The ruins are modest, but the position is the draw. From the edge, the cliffs fall away to the sea and the view stretches along the coast to the small island of Alimia and, on clear days, to Chalki. Most visitors spend about an hour, including the walk and time at the viewpoint. Entry is free and the site is open air, so daylight hours are recommended, and there is no staffed ticket office. Sunset is the favoured time, with warm light on the rock and the sea, and the car park may fill in summer evenings. Midday is hot and exposed. Railings protect most drops, but the cliff edges are steep and the wind can be strong, so children need supervision. Nearby, beaches such as Fourni are reached by a short drive, and tavernas in the village serve local dishes after a visit.
