Wam Park Toulouse is a cable wakeboard and water-sports park on the lake of the Base de loisirs de Sesquières, in the north of Toulouse. The Métropole lists wakeboard, kneeboard, wakeskate and a cable ski lift among the activities, so riders are towed round the lake without a boat. Beginners can learn on the cable in a session with an instructor, while experienced riders can practise at their own pace.
The base is open to the public and free to enter, with parking, a play area, ping-pong tables, a petanque court and sports grounds, and Wam Park activities are paid. Swimming in the lake is not offered on the municipal pages. Participants should be able to swim, and bookings are advised on weekends and in summer, and groups of eight or more should reserve.
Sesquières is reached by car from exit 33 of the Toulouse ring road, by bus 59 (stops Cadène or Rupé), or by bike along the secondary canal of the Garonne.
