Hotel Marul

Hotel Marul is a small boutique property on Ćirila i Metoda, just outside the walls of Split's Old Town and within a five-minute walk of Diocletian's Palace and the Riva promenade. Its position just beyond the walls gives guests a slightly quieter night's sleep than properties inside the densest part of the historic centre, while keeping every major sight within easy walking distance.

With only fourteen rooms, the hotel operates as an intimate, personally run property rather than a large hotel, and this scale shapes its character throughout — from the made-to-order breakfast to the attentive front-desk service.

Rooms are offered as Standard, Superior, and Family categories, all air-conditioned, with the small guest count allowing staff to know regular details of each stay. There is no full restaurant, but the made-to-order breakfast is prepared fresh each morning rather than served buffet-style, a distinguishing touch for a mid-range property.
