Hotel Korsal Korčula

Hotel Korsal occupies a seafront position on Don Pavla Poše just outside the northern entrance to Korčula's walled old town, one of the best-preserved Gothic-Renaissance settlements on the Adriatic. The hotel faces directly onto the Pelješac Channel, providing unobstructed views across the water to the Pelješac Peninsula. The medieval old town — with its herringbone street grid, Gothic stone palaces, and the birthplace of Marco Polo — is a two-minute walk from the hotel entrance. The car ferry to Orebić on the Pelješac Peninsula departs from a landing 200 metres away.

The building is purpose-built and contemporary in design, prioritising sea-facing orientation and channel views over historic fabric. Sea View Rooms face the Pelješac Channel directly; Garden Rooms overlook the quieter rear grounds. A Junior Suite offers additional living space and panoramic water views from an expanded terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned with complimentary Wi-Fi.

The terrace restaurant extends toward the water's edge and serves grilled Adriatic fish, Dalmatian-style seafood risottos, and regional wines — the south-facing evening light across the Pelješac Channel provides some of the most atmospheric outdoor dining on the island. A bar operates on the terrace throughout the day. Kayak rental is available from the hotel, allowing independent exploration of the coves and rocky bays along the eastern Korčula coastline. The Moreška sword dance, Korčula's signature traditional performance, takes place at a summer stage close to the hotel. Staff arrange day trips to Mljet National Park by catamaran, wine tastings on the Pelješac Peninsula, and ferry connections to Hvar, Dubrovnik, and the mainland.
