Dishes lean on oven-roasted market vegetables, slow-cooked and grilled proteins, and breads baked in the courtyard, with the emphasis on Colombian produce treated with a fine-dining level of care rather than heavy sauces or elaborate plating. The dining room reflects the building: an old house organised around a courtyard, with a small number of tables, so the whole restaurant seats only a few dozen diners at a time.
