The area specializes in street fashion, sneakers, cosmetics, and accessories aimed at a younger demographic, sold through a mix of chain retail units and independent small shops; branded goods in the malls are authentic and fixed-price, while some independent street-level stalls carry a higher proportion of unbranded or imitation accessories where light bargaining is more acceptable.
