Jumpers step off the platform harnessed to a cord that is released or cut on cue, giving a controlled free fall followed by a rebound, a single session running about 15-20 minutes including harnessing and the safety briefing. This is a high-adrenaline activity with real fitness and health prerequisites: participants typically need to be in good cardiovascular health, within a posted weight range, and free of conditions such as heart problems, high blood pressure, or pregnancy, and the operator checks these verbally before jumpers are harnessed. Equipment, including the full-body harness and safety rope, is provided and fitted by trained park staff, and jumpers should bring only closed-toe shoes and clothing free of loose items that could fall from pockets during the jump.
