Kayaking on the Lesse River

One of Belgium's most popular outdoor adventures — a 21km kayak descent of the Lesse river from Houyet to Anseremme (near Dinant), passing through dramatic limestone cliffs, weeping willows, and the rocky gorge of the Ardennes. The Lesse is a Class I–II river ideal for beginners and families. The journey takes 3–5 hours depending on water level and stops.
