Seydi Hotel is located on Lebap Avenue in Turkmenabat (formerly Chärjew), the administrative capital of Lebap Province in eastern Turkmenistan, on the right bank of the Amu Darya River near the Afghan and Uzbek borders. Turkmenabat Airport (CRZ) lies approximately 10 km from the hotel and connects the city to Ashgabat on domestic routes. The Turkmenabat–Ashgabat rail link provides an alternative connection to the capital, with the station roughly 5 km away. The Amu Darya riverbank and the older sections of the city are within a 15-minute drive, and the ruins of ancient Amul — an important Silk Road staging point — lie approximately 8 km to the north.

The hotel is a modern mid-rise constructed in a plain contemporary style suited to Turkmenabat's commercial and industrial character. Guest rooms offer standard amenities including air conditioning, flat-screen televisions, and en-suite bathrooms; standard, twin, and double configurations are available. A conference room capable of seating small groups makes the hotel a preferred choice for business visitors connected to the city's fertiliser and chemical manufacturing industries, as well as trade delegations crossing from Uzbekistan. The on-site restaurant and cafe serve Turkmen and Russian-influenced dishes — shashlik, manty, plov, soups, and grilled fish from the Amu Darya — with the cafe maintaining longer opening hours for lighter meals and tea service. There is no spa or pool. Staff speak Russian and Turkmen and can assist with arranging private drivers for the ruins of Amul and Amu Darya riverside excursions. Airport transfers are available on advance request. Seydi Hotel is the most reliable mid-range property in a city with limited international-standard accommodation.
