Rooms are simply furnished with beds, wardrobes, and air conditioning; en-suite bathrooms and free Wi-Fi are standard across the property. Air conditioning is a practical asset in Van's warm, dry summers, when daytime temperatures can exceed 30 °C. There is no restaurant on site; the immediate area on Ordu Caddesi and the surrounding streets has numerous traditional lokanta (workers' restaurants), kebab houses, and pide salons suitable for all budgets within a few minutes' walk. Breakfast is not automatically included in the quoted room rate.

The hotel targets transit travellers, commercial visitors, and solo backpackers looking for a clean, central base at minimal cost. Ordu Caddesi is convenient for the Van bus terminal connections and for reaching the dolmuş (shared minibus) routes that link the city centre to Lake Van's southern shore. Akdamar Island and its celebrated 10th-century Armenian Church of the Holy Cross are reachable by a dolmuş change or taxi connection at Gevaş, roughly 35–40 km from the hotel.

The 3.5-star rating reflects reliable basics rather than standout quality; guests should expect the noise levels typical of budget accommodation on a commercial street. The hotel represents one of the lowest-cost options for accommodation in central Van with private en-suite rooms.
