A series of high-altitude glacial lakes at 2,900–3,100 m, accessible by a 2-day trek. The water is crystal-clear and ice-cold; swimming is possible for the hardy in July–August. The lake shores are Hakkâri's closest equivalent to a beach — wild, pristine, and utterly spectacular.
