Green Valley Apart Otel

Green Valley Apart Otel is a self-catering aparthotel in the Yenimahalle district on the north-east edge of Düzce, approximately 2 kilometres from the city's commercial centre. The property caters to long-stay guests, relocated professionals, visiting academics at Düzce University, and families who prefer a home-style environment with full cooking facilities over a standard hotel room. The building is a modern residential-style block, quieter and more spacious in feel than the city-centre properties closer to Atatürk Bulvarı.

Three unit types are offered: studios for one or two guests, one-bedroom apartments for couples requiring a separate living area, and two-bedroom apartments accommodating a family of four. Each unit is equipped with a kitchenette containing a hob, refrigerator, microwave, and cooking utensils; a washing machine; air conditioning; a flat-screen television; and WiFi. Bathrooms are private and en-suite. The D-100 motorway interchange is approximately 7–8 kilometres from the property. Green Valley suits extended stays of three nights or more, where the kitchenette and washing machine reduce overall travel costs relative to equivalent hotel rooms.
