The offering is simple and intentionally so: Turkish tea served in tulip-shaped glasses is the core product, brewed continuously from large samovars and refilled freely. Turkish coffee and Nescafé are available for those who prefer. Simit — the sesame-coated bread ring that is Turkey's most ubiquitous street snack — arrives with tea as a default accompaniment. Börek (phyllo pastry, typically cheese or spinach-filled) is available in the mornings.
