The menu is anchored by Turkish and international breakfast formats offered throughout the morning until mid-afternoon, with the weekend serpme kahvaltı spread — a traditional Turkish breakfast served on a tray with dozens of small dishes — drawing its largest crowds. Eggs Benedict prepared with pastırma (Turkish cured beef) in place of Canadian bacon has become an emblematic menu item that satisfies both international and local palates simultaneously.
